The staff at Northern Light Adult Day Services is dedicated to providing day services and activities that promote physical, mental, social, cognitive and emotional health to a diverse community of adults. We believe in an inclusive, engaged, person-centered approach. Our center is designed to bring our participants a feeling of home.

Just as mugs come in many shapes and sizes, our participants come from many different cultural and economic backgrounds, but each has a place at Northern Light Adult Day Services. In fact, one of our most beloved activities is the tea ceremony, which allows us to come together and enjoy the simple pleasures of community and a hot cup of tea.
